  Bought a ryobi lawn mower for 400 at a different bunnings in a different state and mower broke they were more than happy to replace with receipt of course thank you

  Around 11am Saturday morning! What a nightmare parking.Got to the garden entrance they had NO trolleys. Walked to the main entrance then back to the garden centre, could not find aquatic plants, no sign. Finally found 1 person serving, delightful mature lady, and bought the plants. As the queue had a least 20 people waiting to be served, I again walked to the main entrance, just as well I am fit! I asked the young girl serving me if she could contact the manager, we have several but the name of the manager for the gardening division was beyond her as was 3 other 16 year old girls who seemed to know very little and looked at me as though I was a foreign object. Too many staff too busy asking "How are You" instead of getting on with it. I am not normally annoyed but what a stressful experience Bunnings was this morning and like most Aussies I love Bunnings.

  We came in through the garden section and the plants and displays there were great. The plants looked so healthy and the displays were well planned. When we walked around the staff were very helpful - one female staff member was obviously on her way home or out to lunch with her handbag over her shoulder yet she saw us unsure of where to go and stopped and asked could she help and gave us the directions and assistance we needed. This is so refreshing in today's world.

  We like this Bunnings (actually we like all Bunnings); but this one is one of our favorites because of its underground parking area...car stays cool and the lift is available for easy loading.
